Position Summary:
Leads and oversees the New England Middle Market new and existing business Sales and Client Services Support Team; setting strategic goals and ensuring the effective execution of sales and service activities. Collaborates with sales leadership to develop sales support strategies, allocate resources, and prioritize sales and account management projects. Analyzes sales performance metrics, provides insights to senior leadership, and makes data-driven decisions to optimize the sales and existing business quoting, install, and service process. Participates in client and broker meetings as needed and fosters strong relationships with key clients to drive service success.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to support the sales & client services team in achieving their targets and objectives.
  • Streamline and optimize sales & account management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by implementing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Provides ongoing sales enablement support by administering product training and integrating innovative tools and resources.
  • Delivers reports that identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Consolidates inputs from team, analyzes market trends, and provides insights to assist in revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure sales support strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and continuously improve departmental capabilities.
  • Oversees ongoing training to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.


Minimum Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant work experience.
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
  • Adept at business intelligence.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience.

License & Certification

  • Health & Life Insurance Resident License.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
