日语电脑售后技术支持工程师 Technical Support Engineer

■职位描述：

• 通过电话为日本用户提供电脑以及IT软件相关的技术支持服务
• 在限定时间内为客户提供IT相关解决方案，满足客户需求

■职位要求：

• 大专以上学历
• 商务日语精通，无口音
• 有日本留学或工作经验者优先
• 良好的客户沟通能力及服务意识，抗压能力强
• 逻辑表达能力强，善于学习，独立性强，高度的责任感
• 有一定的IT软硬件技术能力（有技术背景或有Call Center经验者优先）
• 熟练使用办公软件,如Outlook，Excel
• 能够接受倒班

■营业时间：年365日天营业

■工作时间：做5休2倒班制（早班8-17/晚班11-20，周末出勤时提供代休）

■居家办公：若符合以下条件可以向直属经理申请居家办公。

• 入职时间超过6个月以上
• 无人辅助情况下能够独立完成工作
• 业绩表现优秀
• 居住环境满足居家办公的环境以及硬件条件
