Notable is looking for an ambitious sales operations leader who is eager to prosper in a dynamic high growth environment. In this role, you will lead and manage sales operations end to end in support of business growth. You will serve as an integral member of the go-to-market leadership team, providing operational support and strategic insight for our growth team. You will contribute to growth strategy, refine processes, and hire a world class team. This position demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior executives and directors. This role will require you to be onsite at our San Mateo HQ at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement to our Go-to-Market

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define & quantify quarterly team objectives & performance metrics

  • Synthesize & enable actionable insights for Sales & Senior leadership - related to business performance, opportunities for development, & opportunities for investment, inclusive of supporting quarterly business reviews and board meeting preparation.

  • Provide strategic advice to leadership on go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, deal flow bottlenecks, organizational structure, etc

  • Lead execution of large-scale cross-functional projects that directly impact new business, retention, and customer satisfaction

  • Manage the sales forecast:  Build processes to collect inputs, analyze and improve accuracy, and identify areas for improvement

  • Instrument, analyze, and turn data into actionable insights across Growth and Customer Success. The net result of these activities is to ensure strategic and operational alignment occurs at Notable to ultimately drive insights for our Growth function. 

  • Manage the incentive compensation process including plan preparation, goal settings, regular updates on sales performance KPIs, payouts and reporting in partnership with finance.

  • Sales Systems & Reporting:  Ensure the effective administration of sales related tools to support clarity and accountability of sales activity and progress

  • Team Building:  Attract, hire and develop outstanding talent

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Executives & Marketing to accelerate top-funnel sales playbook & streamline handoff processes

You're a great fit if because you...

  • Have 7+ years of experience in sales and/or business operations. Previous sales experience outside of operations would be awesome. 

  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to surface the right data with relative ease. Excel and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) reporting proficiency are a must.

  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills, with the ability to speak to the data and make it relevant and digestible for all teams and levels within the company.

  • Experience working cross-functionality, and leading initiatives between various teams.  

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to scope work and operate independently

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Previous experience working at a healthcare SaaS company

  • Domain knowledge specific to care delivery and clinical workflows
