About the Role

We are currently looking for a Business Support Executive for our Auckland office. You will provide general executive-level support to the NZ General Manager and other members of the Leadership Team. Further you will be managing internal communications and events, overseeing facilities management and site security, coordinating onboarding of new staff, and supporting crisis management efforts.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Provide full logistical support for the General Manager (GM).
  • Lead internal communications across the organisation.
  • Manage third-party business relationships and site budgets.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new staff.
  • Organise and manage key business events and associated budgets.

About you?

To be successful in the role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex administrative tasks and possessing the flexibility to take on additional responsibilities.

You’ll also possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior administration or executive assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and excellent use of Excel.
