Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting revenue growth for Misselwood Events in both the social and corporate market.  The role will be responsible for sales, to included booking spaces and resources, coordination, implementation, and billings.  As well as assist with marketing efforts.  

60 % of Time:  Increase Revenues

  • Across all markets, to include social and corporate. This will include weddings, corporate day meetings, overnight programs, and film shoots
  • Responsible for site tours, securing spaces and resources in EMS, proposals, and contracts
  • Participate in networking events
  • Assist with marketing efforts

40 % of Time:  Coordination and Implementation of Events

  • Communicate to clients the expectations to successfully execute programs; to include documentation on beverage service, housing, food service and audio-visual needs
  • Ensure event logistics are clearly communicated to resource departments
  • Prepare additional billings and billing summaries in a timely manner.
  • Serve as onsite contact for meeting and events as needed.
