You are:
A consummate organizer. You have a passion for acting as the go-to person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time. You are also extremely detail oriented.

The work:
You will support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop, and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

Here’s what you need:

4 year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience
2 years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support
2 years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting
2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA) or other Work Planning application
Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications
Experience with Power BI highly preferred Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to direct own work and that of others
Leads/manages small to medium work effort and/or team
Strong written and oral communication
Strong problem-solving skills

Eligibility:

Must be able to obtain a US government clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$80,000—$100,000 USD
