AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact

• Deliver fast and accurate underwriting service by issuing quotations, policies, renewals, endorsements and revivals through the digital underwriting portal, helping SMEs secure the protection they need to operate confidently.
• Be a reliable partner to stakeholders throughout the policy lifecycle ensuring clear communication and timely support.
• Contribute to portfolio performance by supporting renewal retention, underwriting quality, and sustainable growth of the SME portfolio.
• Contribute to digitalization vision by actively participating in projects that strengthen automation, efficiency and the future growth of SME digital underwriting.
• Grow your expertise by developing knowledge in SME risk assessment, underwriting guidelines, and digital insurance operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to review risks and ensure accuracy in underwriting decisions.
• Arabic speaker
• Comfort working with digital systems and data, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate online platforms.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills when collaborating with stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with interest in developing a career in SME Package insurance underwriting.
