Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
1. Providing application support to key customers, including recipe setup, recipe optimization, tool troubleshooting, BKM sharing, and presentations.
2. Escalate and follow up field issues to division to ensure customer's satification with solved issues.
3. Be able to work independently on sophisticated problems with analysis of situations, and in depth evaluation of various factors.
4. Good problem-solving skills to solve critical and diverse issues and deliver solutions customer.
5. Excellent communications with different teams including product division, product manager, sales, management, and customers to ensure high quality of projects and field support.
6. Generate BKMs and share with teams and customers.
7. Perform cross-site onsite customer support with quality and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Min qualification
1. Master’s degree
2. Mechanical Engineering background is preferred but not must, semiconductor process knowledge or computer vision knowledge is a plus.
3. Demonstrate independent problem solving skills, and strong project management skills.
4. Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment.
5. Good presentation and report writing skills.
6. Excellent communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to communicate effectively in English through email, conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
8. Be self-driven, yet a strong team player.
