Job Description:

The Product Management Intern will take ownership of a high-impact project: Developing and deploying an “open house” program for demonstrating our machinery and equipment, that connects our commercial and engineering stakeholders, enhances company visibility, and strengthens our customer engagement strategy.

This internship is ideal for students who are Interested in industrial automation, manufacturing, or technology-driven businesses, and eager to apply their communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, real-world business environment. Gain firsthand experience in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and marketing execution - core skills essential to a future career in product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a standardized “open house” program that showcases product and company capabilities through in-person demonstrations. Program will be deployed across multiple plant locations.

  • Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to define effective open house approaches and align on objectives.

  • Document the program by outlining processes, deliverables, and success metrics. Document will be a playbook that is easily followed across locations and regions.

  • Prepare spending requisition documents when needed for getting funds approved.

  • Communicates effectively while collaborating within a team environment

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs, with experience in data analysis tools

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to learning.

  • Help craft internal communications to promote the open house launch and drive engagement across teams.

  • Demonstrates a people-focused mindset with an appreciation for the “showmanship” involved in company branding and building customer trust

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as a Junior or Senior in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Available for an internship during the summer timeframe
