Position Overview:
Echo’s Sales Operations Department is seeking a passionate, self-starter for our Account Executive I role. This role helps our sales team deliver outstanding service by supporting all functions of Echo’s clients’ shipping needs. This includes providing quotes for shipments, proactively identifying exceptions in the booking, and tracking process, and working with the client to resolve those exceptions. On this team, your work ethic, determination, and customer-first mentality will help you to build, secure and maintain relationships with key accounts while contributing to Echo’s long-term growth and success.
