Híbrido: para esta posición se requiere trabajar 3 días por semana de forma presencial.
Qué harás (Responsabilidades)
Buscamos una persona estratégica, analítica y con fuerte expertise en medios y performance, que será responsable de:
Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de medios y performance en alianza con el equipo de liderazgo de Sudamérica.
Traducir los objetivos de marca y de negocio en estrategias de medios full‑funnel, maximizando performance y eficiencia.
Trabajar en conjunto con las agencias de medios, desafiando recomendaciones a partir de briefings de negocio, metas de ventas y datos de mercado.
Garantizar eficiencia entre canales, con sólido dominio de medios offline (TV abierta, cable, entre otros) y medios online y de performance (Google Ads, redes sociales, programmatic).
Monitorear y optimizar campañas basándose en datos, KPIs e insights de performance.
Gestionar el presupuesto local de medios, recomendando la mejor asignación de inversión y asegurando control y organización financiera.
Impulsar la innovación en medios, maximizando el valor de las principales alianzas estratégicas.
Trabajar de forma integrada con los stakeholders internos, alineado/a con las prioridades del negocio.
Tus habilidades y capacidades (Requisitos)
Título universitario completo (Licenciatura).
Inglés fluido.
Experiencia sólida en estrategias de medios integrados (offline + online), con fuerte foco en performance y medición ligada a objetivos de negocio.
Perfil altamente analítico y orientado a datos.
Experiencia previa en la gestión y control de presupuestos de medios.
Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con múltiples stakeholders.
Qué te dará una ventaja competitiva (Deseable)
Experiencia previa en la industria automotriz o de consumo masivo.
Experiencia trabajando en y/o con agencias de medios y/o grandes anunciantes.
