The Opportunity:

CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an Agile Program Management Office (APMO) specialist supporting the modernization and sustainment of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. Responsibilities:

As part of the NASA NCAPS APMO team, you will have the ability to support a range of program/business office functions where you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the team and customer to establish standard operating procedures for program and internal business operations.

  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to integrate new staff members into the team

  • Lead aspects of overall team quality assurance processes

  • Serve in a lead role for deliverable tracking, review, and submission

  • Provide leadership and support for overall program control functions to ensure program is executed on schedule/within budget

  • Execute and maintain program performance reporting metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and lead efforts to implement associated changes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and 6+ years’ experience.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

  • Prior PMO/business management experience on a large/enterprise-wide program

  • Experience working on in an Agile development/delivery environment (SAFe preferred).

  • Prior experience supporting National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) programs.

  • SharePoint design and/or administration experience.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
