About the Role
Tennessee Oncology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its inpatient hematology and oncology team, caring for patients during some of the most critical points in their treatment journey. In this role, you will provide comprehensive inpatient care for patients admitted with oncologic and hematologic conditions, including treatment-related complications, disease-related issues, palliative care needs, and inpatient chemotherapy management. Working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, you will support inpatient rounding and help coordinate care across Erlanger Baroness, Parkridge, and Memorial's oncology inpatient units, ensuring a seamless patient experience. The position offers a collaborative hospital-based environment with opportunities to build specialized expertise while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Call coverage may be needed on an occasional basis to support continuity of care. This opportunity is ideal for an APP who thrives in an inpatient setting, enjoys complex clinical decision-making, and is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality oncology care.
