Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Product Owner to lead our Conversational Analytics Program, which is undergoing strategic deployment in priority markets. Conversational Analytics is an AI-based voice capture tool used by Sales Reps. The tool compliantly collects in-call and post-call voice recordings that feed LL models to provide concise Gen AI summaries of the conversations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our all-star team in India and take accountability for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, ultimately driving a product vision, strategy, and corresponding roadmap for Conversational Analytics. Complementary to providing concise Gen AI summaries of the conversations for better HCP relationship continuity, the role will explore opportunities to match marketing content sharing with customer sentiment to better inform future content creation. They will lead product discovery by leveraging data, research, and market analysis, then liaising with stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle to ensure effective rollout of new features in markets all over the world.
Conversational Analytics is part of the field experience product portfolio, which will focus on bringing together data and technology capabilities to allow for the organization to become data- driven and insight-led in every decision to drive revenue and growth. This role plays a key role within the broader field experience team focusing on voice captured insights whilst collaborating with other product teams to enhance the end-to-end experience of field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the global Conversational Analytics product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the Conversational Analytics program meets diverse regional needs
3. Work closely with the development team in India to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
4. Oversee the maintenance of Conversational Analytics tools while driving innovation and evolution of the broader In-Call & Post-Call voice capture experience.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for Conversational Analytics related queries and issues from global markets
6. Analyze program performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and GSK policies across all markets
8. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver best in industry features whilst driving deep adoption amongst field teams
9. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the pharmaceutical sales and marketing space
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
2. 15+years of overall experience & 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
3. In-depth knowledge of field reps experience and Veeva Platforms
4. Strong understanding of how sales representatives engage with HCPs in their daily activities
5. Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural communication
6. Excellent project management and organizational skills
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
9. Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO) preferred
Desired Skills:
1. Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
2. Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in pharmaceutical sales
3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in multiple pharmaceutical markets
4. Experience with pharmaceutical sales
