Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing day-to-day operations of the Stars Pharmacy Call Center involved in resolution of pharmacy issues (Claims, Coding, Pricing, Etc) and data management/reporting on Pharmacy Operations. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner while driving improvements in medication adherence. Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues and assist the management team in facilitating efficient and effective outbound call center operations.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:      

  • Bachelor Degree and 2 years business experience OR 6 years business experience including 2 years pharmacy operations experience.       

  • Leadership skills.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.       

  • Analytical and organizational skills and experience consistently meeting deadlines.      

  • PC proficiency including Word and Excel and database experience.    

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:      

  • 2+ years experience in a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Health Plan setting - HIGHLY PREFERRED.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop, train, and coach less experienced team members.

  • Ability to recognize differences in learning and comprehension with individual staff.

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and motivate positively.

Hybrid: Work in office 3 days a week; work from home 2 days a week.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$61,500.00 - $136,100.00
