As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data transferred is precise, thorough, and fully prepared for integration into the destination system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing effective migration strategies and control mechanisms, and proactively managing potential risks to facilitate a seamless and dependable transition process. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to align efforts and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data migration plans to meet project objectives.
- Monitor progress and quality of data migration activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data migration processes.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database architecture and performance optimization.
- Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing technical dependencies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
