Requirements:

La Faculté de droit, Études Supérieures, veut recruter des professeurs à temps partiels qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.L. ou un LL.B. ou un LL.M en droit notarial ou leur équivalent est nécessaire. Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en règle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec. Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une expérience significative et pertinente ou détenir un diplôme d’études supérieures dans le domaine concerné. Le fait d’avoir une expérience d’enseignement dans une faculté de droit est un atout. 
À sa discrétion, la Faculté se réserve le droit de sélectionner un postulant ne répondant pas entièrement aux critères de l’affichage si sa sélection serait dans l’intérêt du programme, du cours, des étudiants ou une autre justification connexe.
