Job Summary

The Manager of Inside Sales (SMB) is responsible for driving sales goals for our Inside Sales Representatives and maximizing transaction quality and volume.  The successful candidate will understand how to maximize sales while managing a team of inside sales representatives, is achievement-oriented and understands how to exceed sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets.
  • Work to improve the customer base.
  • Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Partner with directors in other fields to come up with better strategies.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.

Experience, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Candidates will possess 3+  years of experience in successful Sales Management. 
  • Responsible for the administration and execution of ISR sales plans, policies and procedures, and will be responsible for developing and achieving specific targets and quotas.
  • Familiarity with using Google software, phone cold calling and email for pipeline generation activity
  • Proven track record of developing and selling solutions
  • Experience developing proposals and presentations and winning proposals
  • Clear ability to train on technology topics
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A charismatic, dynamic, extroverted personality.
  • Understands how to establish and grow relationships while building a meaningful book of business and driving revenue.
  • Very motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional.

Working Conditions

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Carrying and /or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.

Pay Range Disclosure:

The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business.

The national estimate for the current base range for the position of Inside Sales Manager is $131,400 - $140,000. 

This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
