The Associate Director, Operational Risk and Corporate Insurance is a highly visable position supporting the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the organization. You will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks while ensuring that corporate and subsidiary insurance programs align with the company’s evolving strategic objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, cross-functional teams, and the first line of defense to strengthen the company’s operational risk posture, enhance governance reporting, and drive risk-aware decision-making. As part of the Risk Management Department, this individual will blend technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and promote a robust, enterprise-wide risk culture.
