In this role, you will assist the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and E&C program leads with the management, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our companywide Ethics and Compliance program, as well as reporting on program priorities and effectiveness to the business and the company’s Board of Directors. Responsibilities also will include developing and contributing to program resources to designed to drive ethical behavior, shape our culture of ethics and integrity, and build employee awareness of compliance risks and mitigation strategies.  

On our team, you’ll build trusted partnerships across the company and collaborate with fellow members of the broader Legal, Ethics and Compliance, and Reputation and Impact (LECRI) team to protect and advance the company while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. What You’ll Work On: 

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of E&C program enhancements and process improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and identify and bring forward opportunities for improvement. 

  • Support the E&C program’s strategic planning activities, including but not limited to E&C’s annual Environmental Scan, Risk Assessment, and Strategic Planning Working Sessions under the direction of the Corporate Compliance lead.

  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas, materials, and reports in support of strategic planning activities and assist with the analysis of relevant data and identification of E&C priorities. 

  • Support the E&C program’s management activities, including but not limited to assisting with trackers for program-level project planning and execution plans, recording decisions, and documenting dependencies. 

  • Assist with planning and development of agendas and materials for the E&C program’s recurring meetings, including Committee Meetings, quarterly Program Management Reviews and Program Assessments, and bi-monthly E&C Leader meetings with agendas, PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes and reports, and other supporting documentation.  

  • Support the E&C program’s management of key records, including training activities, maintain appropriate Teams and SharePoint sites consistent with LECRI Knowledge Management standards, and identify and bring forward opportunities for improvement. 

  • Support on projects related to the development of E&C program resources under the direction of the Corporate Compliance lead as assigned.  

  • Contribute to E&C or LECRI special projects as assigned.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in an E&C or compliance role 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and SharePoint  

  • Ability to plan and lead small-medium projects with cross-functional project teams 

  • Ability to develop high quality, client ready project artifacts with Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Ability to listen actively and ensure that the right questions are being asked and answered 

  • Ability to prioritize projects and execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics or KPIs 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience communicating with business leaders and developing high-quality, accurate work products 

  • Experience in program management, particularly in the field of ethics or compliance 

  • Experience with Smartsheet, or other project management software or dashboards  

  • Experience with technology tools to track projects and visualize data 

  • Possession of excellent diplomacy and tact in verbal, written, informal, and formal communication

  • Possession of excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work product and continuous improvement

  • Compliance, Change Management, or Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
