This is your chance to join us and support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers.

You’ll ensure support tickets are logged, triaged, and resolved quickly, keeping the customers informed of progress at all times and making sure systems are kept up to date in line with supplier releases.

Engaging with customers regularly and publicising new features introduced in each release, along with ensuring change is managed safely by following our change & release process and just part of this vital role.  You’ll also help design and implement new solutions with guidance from the technical leads and solution architects, monitor day-to-day running of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate, and identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support, and determining the impact and priority for incidents reported.

A working knowledge with hand on experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management / AX is crucial, along with a working knowledge of business processes within Finance & Operations, for example purchase ledger, general ledger and workflow.

If you have excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills and certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, or equivalent hands on technical experience, then we want to hear from you now!

This is a hybrid role with a base location in Norwich. 

Candidates may be expected to work from a main office once per month.

Occasional travel may be required.
