What this job involves

 

You will be responsible to ensure all necessary maintain accurate records of all clubhouse operations, including maintenance logs, financial reports, and member activities. Building maintenance and upkeep will be one of your KRA. Your key deliverables will be:

 

  • Taking daily rounds of the premises and reporting any lapses/ observations to the relevant team.

  • Ensure the clubhouse facilities are well-maintained, clean, and operational.

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the clubhouse, including swimming pools, gyms, sports courts, V lounge, and other amenities.

  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and service providers for regular upkeep and repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Prepare snag lists and get it rectified on priority.

  • Check if the various checklists are filled at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.

  • Swimming pool checklist / In out register / Gym checklist etc.

  • Manages the requirement of new assets / material / spares / equipment / consumables. (Indent to be filled on PAM PRO)

  • Address resident inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

  • Interacts with members answering questions, solving problems, overseeing services and cleanliness and showing the club facilities to visitors.

  • Manage resident events, activities, and programs to enhance community engagement.

  • Keep residents informed about clubhouse rules, upcoming events, any changes,s, emails.

  • Monitor revenue streams from memberships, events, and other sources.

  • Ensure proper billing and collection of fees from residents and members.

  • MIS Reporting on monthly basis

  • MMR Reporting on monthly basis

  • Maintain Guest usage / No show charges sheet on daily basis.

  • Follow-up with members for clubhouse dues.

  • Daily briefing with staff member.

  • Lead and manage clubhouse staff to deliver high-quality service.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise clubhouse staff, including receptionists, lifeguards, trainers, and event coordinators.

  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage for all clubhouse operations.

  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all clubhouse activities.

  • Regularly review and update processes to ensure best practices.

  • Maintain accurate records of all clubhouse operations, including maintenance logs, financial reports, and member activities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, and organizational policies.

  • Maintain daily footfall of amenity usage.

  • Checking and maintaining inventory records.

  • Prepare scrap note on weekly basis.

You will be working on Raymond Realty, which is a residential, located at Thane Mumbai.

Being Analytical and Meticulous

 

Your role will involve coordination with various teams/ vendors. You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to trouble-shoot problems; and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures for fitout.

 

Qualifications

 

You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Civil Engineering with minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
