Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve working with Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and DevOps to lead the effort and act as the primary point of contact. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and DevOps. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), DevOps. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Solid grasp of software testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
