Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business and commercial risks. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • At least 3-4 years specific experience in dealing with contracts from: BPO/ Shared Services, Multinational companies, Government • Demonstrated experience as part of a contract management or procurement team • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external executives and be capable of contributing and influencing key commercial and contracting decisions • Demonstrated experience of managing contract and commercial issues and understanding main commercial principles • Exposure to or basic legal background/knowledge as the role entails contracting or managing contracts • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) • Open to resources with paralegal experience exposed in contracting or with experience in contracts Good To Have: • Contract Draft and Review • Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and principles and subcontracting practices • Basic knowledge and understanding of legal principles as they relate to commercial and contract management Educational Background: College Graduates • Bachelor’s degree studies (preferably commercial, business or legal degree) • Licensed or practicing lawyer NOT required
