We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage third-party cleaning vendors for CH East offsite and ambulatory locations. This role ensures compliance with established agreements and scopes of work, collaborates with leadership and vendors to resolve concerns, and develops corrective action plans when needed. Responsibilities include assisting with RFP processes for cleaning services, issuing formal notices, and tracking vendor performance. Additionally, this position supports the Environmental Services team on various projects and partners with organizational leadership to oversee small to medium functional projects or phases of larger initiatives. Acting as a change agent, this role drives positive process improvements and fosters strong partnerships across operational teams.
Oversees small to medium sized, multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts. These projects may be a portion or phase of a larger project or program.
Coordinates project work including project plans and schedules, and completes projects on time and within budget. Analyzes and documents, processes, procedures and outcomes to seek continuous improvement. Assesses resource requirements for project tasks and works with leaders of functional areas and subject matter experts to meet project plan deliverables.
Communicates, collaborates, networks and acts as a consultant to stakeholders/business partners in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources.
Serves as a liaison for projects between various departments within the system.
Acts as a change agent to advance the knowledge and use of project management.
