Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate/ Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 2/3) in Hazelwood, MO

The position will require the support of sourcing strategies, subcontract negotiation, the documentation of contracts and agreements, and the preparation and execution of proprietary information agreements and teaming agreements.  It will also require the communication of performance expectations and use of metrics to evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance. This position is located in Hazelwood, MO.

This position is currently fully remote, but may change in the future to a hybrid schedule. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.

  • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.

  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.

  • Manages schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

  • Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 1 + years of experience in Supply Chain

  • 1 + years experience working with Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 3 + years of experience in Supply Chain

  • 3 + years experience working with Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • 1 + years of experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers

Typical Education & Experience (Associate):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Typical Education & Experience (Experienced):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range (Associate): $ 60,350- $ 81,650 

Summary pay range (Experienced): $ 74,800 - $ 101,200
