As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively address business requirements. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions tailored to meet organizational goals. The position requires thoughtful planning and collaboration to ensure that the software architecture aligns with both current and future business needs, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for custom applications.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with security standards and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical understanding.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing application architectures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and secure software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
