Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Office Leasing Advisory team in Malaysia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in commercial real estate with a leading global firm, focusing on office leasing in the dynamic Malaysian market.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including tenants, landlords, and property developers.

  • Support senior team members in conducting market research and analysis on office leasing trends, pricing, and market conditions in Malaysia.

  • Help prepare property proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses for client presentations.

  • Assist in lease negotiations, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented and communicated.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Research, Marketing, and Property Management to gather necessary information for client projects.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of property listings, client information, and market data.

  • Participate in property inspections and client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and assisting in the preparation of pitch materials.

  • Stay informed about local real estate regulations and market trends affecting the office sector.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry

  • Basic understanding of the office property market

  • Strong communication skills with passion in the Real Estate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
     

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate-specific software and tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Keen interest in the commercial real estate sector and willingness to learn
