Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impression
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
Maintain accurate client and patient records in our practice management system
Process payments, invoices, and assist with insurance claims if applicable
Provide client education and answer questions about clinic services, medications, and policies
Communicate with veterinary staff regarding patient needs and client concerns
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with filing, inventory management, and general administrative duties
Handle emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and veterinary software systems (experience with [insert software, if applicable] is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Fast-paced, team-oriented veterinary clinic
May require working evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to sit, stand, and move around the clinic for extended periods
Occasional handling of pets (dogs, cats, and other small animals)
