WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the full Consumer CODE process for Nike Sales EMEA — shaping seasonal journeys, strengthening partner engagement, and ensuring our strategy comes to life consistently across markets. You’ll champion process excellence, guide teams, and drive improvements that keep Nike at the forefront of the marketplace.
In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate CODE execution across all relevant gates for EMEA Sales
Build and run the seasonal and annual engagement calendar (GTM, Summits, RAMs)
Partner with Nike.net and Digital Sales teams to create and publish world‑class GTM content
Bring Nike’s seasonal strategy to life for partners across the region
Drive projects that improve CODE quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Own alignment of the cross-functional EMEA code calendar
Track the EMEA Sales CODE budget and ensure seamless execution across markets
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll partner closely with Sport Business Integration, EMEA Sport GMs, Global GTM & Digital Sales, MPU leads, and country account engagement teams. You’ll also collaborate with cross‑functional partners across the marketplace to ensure CODE readiness and impactful seasonal experiences. You’ll lead a diverse team, empowering them to grow, connect, and perform at their best.

Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and account needs across EMEA
Experience delivering end-to-end B2B seasonal processes
Ability to influence across functions and drive clarity
Comfort managing budgets, planning calendars, and orchestrating complex workflows
Leadership that builds trust, fosters teamwork, embraces change, and values differences
