We are seeking a result-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Job Description:

  • Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets in assigned area
  • Managing the sales team and sales activities within the company including interviewing new member of the team.
  • Coaching and carrying out sales training with sales representatives and role-playing sales techniques.
  • Reporting on progress towards sales KPI's (weekly field report).
  • To collect the market competitor data in the responsible area as assigned.
  • Set up sales targets and activity key performance indicators.
  • Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company.
  • Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
  • Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.
  • Networking with companies in the industry.
  • Good communication both Thai and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable legal and compliance framework.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Must have car and driving license.
  • Flexible and be able to travel at all time.
  • To build a good company image.
  • Other jobs as assigned by Management.
