We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports procurement, suppliers, and warehouse operations to ensure timely order processing, accurate material deliveries, and proactive resolution of supply issues while providing clear updates to internal customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Track purchase orders to confirm supplier receipt and expected delivery timelines
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse teams, and suppliers to resolve delivery and receipt issues
Facilitate the release of blanket and standing orders under guidance of the demand planner
Maintain accurate documentation of material delivery schedules and order status
Communicate supply updates and risks to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
Gather and review supplier performance data, escalating issues as needed
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience with purchasing, order tracking, data entry, or administrative support
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft is a plus
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and external vendors
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $36,400.00 - $75,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
