We are currently seeking an Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Wholesale Credit Ops team, you will play a crucial role in preparing LO/SLO/LN (Loan Offer, Standby Letter of Offer, Loan Note) documents upon receipt of approved credit applications from our Account Relationship Managers (ARMs). You will ensure that all terms and conditions specified in the approved Credit Approval/Credit Review (CA/CR) are accurately transcribed into the LO documents. Compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Functional:
  • LO Preparation and Accuracy: Responsible for the preparation and accuracy of LO/SLO/LN upon receipt of approved credit applications from ARMs, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, consistent, and transcribe all terms and conditions as per approved CA/CR.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and approved CA, protecting the Bank’s interest by maintaining proper records and adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Performance and Deadline Management: Assist the unit head or team leader in managing team performance, supporting the achievement of deadlines for the preparation of offer letters, and ensuring the turnaround time (TAT) for LO/SLO/LN issuance is met.
  • System Utilization and Support: Utilize banking systems such as LOAD$, AS400 (HOINQMENU), and SCLAS for maintaining pre-approved HP limits and checking customer information, thereby providing guidance and support to Business Centre and ARMs on LO related matters.

2. Managerial (team/group responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with team to ensure timely preparation of LO/SLO/LN and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience.
3. Organizational (organizational responsibilities):
  • To maintain proper records and ensure compliance to policy and procedure and Bank’s interest is protected at all times.
  • To maintain confidentiality of borrower’s information at all times

Job Requirements:
Education/Qualification
  • Malaysian citizen.  
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent holder.
  • 3 years and above related experience of credit documentation.

Experience/Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in land laws/Companies Act or credit documentation is preferable
