We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support healthcare claim assessment and ensure high-quality standards in our operations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering accurate and efficient claim processing while enhancing team knowledge through regular medical training. You will play a key role in quality monitoring and continuous improvement, helping shape a culture of excellence and compliance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and assessment of healthcare claim cases to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy guidelines

  • Conduct periodic training sessions for the team on medical knowledge and claim-related processes.

  • Monitor and evaluate claim quality, providing feedback and corrective actions where necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claim issues and improve workflows.

  • Support the Senior Manager in implementing best practices and driving operational efficiency

  • Develop, update, and operationalize fraud‑detection rules, including identifying data signals, defining rule logic, validating accuracy, and coordinating with relevant teams for deployment into workflows.

  • Analyze fraud trends and patterns to recommend new controls, mitigation actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare claims or insurance operations.

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.

  • Experience in quality review and assessment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in team training and quality assurance.

  • Experience working in a hospital.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare claims.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • English proficiency for reading medical documents is an advantage.
