Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner across multiple facilities, shaping and executing people strategies that align with enterprise HR priorities. This role partners with market and operational leadership to address complex workforce challenges, support organizational transformation, and advance MUSC’s mission and values.
The HRBP supports the full employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and recruitment through transition—while driving consistency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the market. In collaboration with cross-functional leaders, the HRBP delivers integrated HR solutions that enhance workforce engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and improve overall performance.
This role plays a key part in fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture, with a focus on talent management, retention, leadership development, and employee well-being across multiple locations.
Additional Job Description
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a progressive HR role; multi-site or market experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and manage complex HR issues across multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
Licensures/Certifications:
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or equivalent preferred.
