Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pfizer Digital Client Partners, Customer Experience, and Business Analysts team and contribute to our vision to lead Pfizer Digital engagement with our clients, drive digital strategy and achieve target outcomes, and govern and prioritize the digital portfolio. 

The Primary Care Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer-focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative leader to serve as the Digital Client partner for the Antiviral and Diagnostics business within Primary Care.   

As a Digital Client Partner, this leader will be expected to advise on all aspects of digital technology topics, trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities while also participating and leading initiatives across Digital and the commercial organizations. This role is accountable for the business partnership and Digital strategic ownership for ELT-3 leaders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies for our antiviral and diagnostics portfolio and industry.
  • You are responsible for managing digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital strategies.
  • You will identify and leverage digital trends and technologies to enhance our product offerings.
  • You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and product awareness.
  • You will analyze and report on the performance of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the execution of digital activities.
  • You will manage relationships with external digital agencies and vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services.
  • You will foster an innovative culture within the team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new digital tools and technologies.
  • You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement digital strategies that drive growth and improve performance.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital solutions align with the client's objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Your role includes identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and prospecting potential new clients in the Antiviral and Diagnostics industry.
  • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and digital advancements, leveraging this knowledge to provide innovative solutions for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for providing regular updates and reports to clients, demonstrating the impact and value of our digital solutions.
  • In this role, you will also be tasked with resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • You will play a key role in shaping our digital offerings in the Antiviral and Diagnostics sector, contributing to the development of new products and services based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Your strong communication and presentation skills will be put to good use in this role, as you will be required to effectively convey complex digital concepts to a non-technical audience.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Proven experience working with senior business leadership teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans
  • Extensive proven digital experience  in medium-large organizations working with Marketing, Medical and Commercial teams
  • Good business knowledge and understanding of the evolving customer landscape, external marketplace and anticipates business priorities
  • Knowledge of technical solution delivery, project management and application support
  • Good understanding customer journey, conversion, must win moments, Omni-channel, Artificial intelligence and data harnessing
  • Strong relationship management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exhibits strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Strong people management experience

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
