The Workforce Navigator provides one-on-one and group support to women engaging in workforce readiness, job placement, and career development services at our Women’s Center. This role offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender-responsive care to support women in navigating barriers to employment, including those related to experiences of domestic violence, economic insecurity, discrimination, and other intersectional challenges.

We are seeking a dependable and mature individual who can model workplace professionalism and support participants in building both technical and soft skills necessary to thrive in work environments.

As part of this role, you must have the ability to work at least two weekend days per month. This is a 32 hour/week, non-exempt position.
