Propósito Fundamental del Puesto:

Garantizar la eficiencia, estabilidad y mejora continua de los procesos de manufactura, mediante el diseño, análisis y optimización de estaciones de trabajo, herramientas, métodos y flujos de producción, asegurando la calidad del producto, el cumplimiento de tiempos y la seguridad de los operadores, alineado con los estándares del cliente y las estrategias corporativas.

​Formación Académica:

• Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín

Experiencia Requerida:

• 2 a 4 años en procesos de manufactura en la industria automotriz o metalmecánica

• Experiencia en lanzamientos, cambios de ingeniería y estandarización de procesos

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Conocimiento de herramientas Lean Manufacturing

• AMEF, CP, PPAP, APQP, Run@Rate

• Lectura de planos y GD&T

• Tiempos y movimientos / Balanceo de líneas

• Manejo de software CAD y simulación (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
