Linxon is seeking a FP&A Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports to our Board and Senior Leadership Team. This role requires an initiative-taking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our business.

The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal role in the execution of the global financial planning and reporting activities and the tracking of operational KPIs. She/He is also involved in various strategic initiatives, including the preparation of the 5 years plan, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate month-end management reporting, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting cycles from a consolidation perspective; coordinate with the regional Hubs, serve as a key reference, set timelines, standardize and optimize reporting across the company
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses, reports, and presentations for the Board and Senior Leadership Team; Provide accurate and value-added results/analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Participate in the monthly close process and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Lead the end-to-end cost allocation process across the business, ensuring methodologies are accurate and aligned with internal policies and shareholder agreements; Manage and execute all internal recharges, including preparing calculations, validating supporting data, and posting entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a delegate of the Global FP&A Senior Manager on various occasions with internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where colleagues are encouraged and recognized for generating and implementing innovative ideas; Collaborate with colleagues to support global FP&A initiatives.
  • Support Global FP&A Senior Manager with ad hoc requests and analysis as required.

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA or relevant certification (CFA) is a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
  • Knowledge of month-end cycle, forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Experience in preparing high quality reports for Senior Management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, high attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Pro-active and Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-taking and passionate to succeed.
  • Resilient and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel for business purposes.
  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business whilst embracing cultural differences.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4//HANA required.
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (an asset).
