P&G is looking for POSM (Point of Sales Materials) & Merchandising Specialist which is the opportunity for you to join our dream Sales team. You will become part of the division whose mission is to provide right instruments to drive P&G’s sales. We should do it fast, cheap, with perfect quality and in a compliant way. POS is a crucial element of trade marketing and one of the key sales driving instruments.

You will closely cooperate with both internal Sales as well as Purchasing, Marketing, Finance departments and Business Units such as Shave Care (Gillette), Hair Care (Head & Shoulders, Pantene, etc.), Oral Care (Oral-B, Blend-a-med) and others and collaborate with external vendors. You will get great experience of project management and improve your ability to handle multiple priorities.

Some of your responsibilities as a POSM & Merchandising Specialist will include:

• Lead end-to-end POSM customer team projects
• Communicating with marketing department regarding initiative project plan and control of its timely stage by stage completion, including regular follow-ups with internal and external partners
• Collecting inputs on required number of POSM from P&G and distributor’s customer’s teams and their alignment with key stakeholders
• Managing and controlling the bidding process and PO management
• Checking POS samples provided by vendors for quality and color accuracy
• Ensuring timely POSM distribution to Regional Distributors locations
• Managing budgets in an accurate manner
• Developing technical specifications for POS materials to ensure correct size and quality
• Play a stewardship role by controlling Proof-of-Performance (POPs) and ensuring all the documents correctly reflect rendered service
• Get inputs from distributors and perform their analysis to understand POSM usage rate and minimize its disposal
• Merchandising process management
  1.1   Provide suggestions on merchandising coverage and number based on the model outputs to meet the business needs
  1.2   Collaborate with distributor on improvement opportunities and data collection
