Reporting to Marketing Manager, this role will be based in Hong Kong.
What you will do:
- Develop Annual marketing plans to achieve sales, profitability and market share target for brands/product groups assigned
- Proper management of A&P budget for brands or product groups assigned.
- Plan and implement the marketing campaigns with different platforms to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trend of the brand performance, customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Adhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive information
- Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
- Demonstrate financial acumen
- Hold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
- Mentor, develop and inspire others
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Good organizational skills and able to navigate in complex and changing situation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred
- Relevant sales and marketing experience in endoscopy preferred
- Proven track record in previous sales or marketing role
Travel Percentage: 20%
