  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive.

  • Client management experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and brand guidelines.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (INDD) and Adobe Photoshop (PSD), including creating complex designs, final artwork (mechanicals), print-ready files, and image retouching.

  • Practical knowledge of Figma for collaborative design, interpreting UI/UX designs, and basic prototyping tasks.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and interpret briefs and guidelines in English.

  • Educational Background & Experience:

  • Degree in Graphic Design.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail design.

What you’ll do (Retail-Specific Focus)

  • Retail Content Development: Work extensively on retail content, developing and executing a wide range of marketing materials, including in-store displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, print ads, digital banners, and dealership collateral.
  • Final Artwork & Production: Prepare precise, print-ready final artwork for various retail assets, ensuring all specifications are met.
