Role Description

The role of a Precision Animal Health (PAH) customer onboarding specialist (COS) is provide an exceptional onboarding and first order experience.  They will facilitate training and education on the genetics product lifecycle as well as assistance accessing system associated with the Zoetis ecosystem (Account Creation, SearchPoint, BillPay etc.).  Impecable customer experience is top priority.

Position Responsibilities

  • Promote an Excellent Customer Experience by quickly and efficiently onboarding customers into the Zoetis Ecosystem (Account Creation, SearchPoint, BillPay, etc)
  • ‘Delight the Customer’ by educating them on the product testing lifecycles and set appropriate expectations.  Provide efficient and enthusiastic interactions.
  • Ensure that the customer has a positive first order experience.  Follow up after first results are received and ensure the customer has a goal – connect with appropriate technical or sales support as necessary.
  • Actively listen to a customers’ goals to identify the correct Zoetis products to achieve a positive outcome for our customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, high-volume environment, with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with the Zoetis Customer Master Data team.
  • Document customer interactions according to standard procedures in support of efforts to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Consistently achieve departmental performance requirements.
  • Teamwork – share, collaborate and act as a team player.

Organizational Relationships

  • This position requires communication with external customers and the field force (ABM, DPS, TBM)

  • Collaborate with other pillars of the PAH customer experience team and broader Zoetis Master Data.

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • 2 years customer experience
  • knowledge of beef and or dairy operations is preferred

Technical Skill Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous training/onboarding experience preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications
  • Experience using a CRM (TouchPoint preferred)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.60. - $41.60. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

 

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation
