The Senior Manager will carry a CASA Growth personal target and will oversee the CASA growth of their assigned region.
The senior manager is responsible for the customer interaction strategy and roadmap of their assigned portfolio, driving performance through the business to achieve a cohesive and optimal experience for their portfolio with the objective of nurturing and relationship deepening to grow CASA balances.
The senior manager works independently while still working closely with the members from Distribution (Branch network) and the CASA Product & Acquisition team as well as PFS business line teams to identify opportunities to further deepen interactions with customers.
The ideal candidate goal oriented and is passionate about cultivating strong relationship with clients and thrive in fast paced environment. This role will require strong business acumen and communication skills while engaging with a wide variety of audiences at technical, business, and executive levels. This role reports into the General Manager, Deposit & Digital.
