We seek a dynamic and experienced Enablement Director for Supply Chain Planning Applications to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful adoption and utilization of Anaplan for supply chain planning across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, Anaplan capabilities, and strong leadership and communication skills.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy to drive the adoption and effective use of Anaplan for supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain planning processes and Anaplan capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the central enablement team on enablement strategy and planning for the various functions
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to educate and empower end-users and stakeholders, as well as Anaplan employees
  • Create and maintain user guides, training videos, and other enablement resources.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the supply chain planning teams.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and supply chain planning processes.

Your Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead training and enablement initiatives, including the development of training materials and delivery of training sessions.
  • Proven experience with Anaplan or similar planning and analytics platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

 

Base Salary Range:
$181,000$244,000 USD
