Associate Project Manager - Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

  • Under broad direction, this position is responsible for all phases of planning and execution on a medium-sized project (typically less than $100 million total installed cost) or may be responsible for a segment of a larger project. In particular, management of interfaces internally across engineering disciplines and externally with other parts of the facility including Hull, Marine, Turret and Mooring for FPSOs,

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Including use of standalone and web-based tools.

  • Responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client, focusing on providing client satisfaction.

  • Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.

  • May also serve as the proposal manager for medium-sized projects.

  • The job role has budgetary accountabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering.

  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience, with an average experience of 15 to 20 years.

  • Possess knowledge of the respective industries / engineering disciplines. Candidates with experience in Offshore FPSO Topsides/LNG terminals/Energy transition will be given preference.

  • Knowledge of digital delivery of projects is preferred.

  • Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks.
