• 産業オートメーション関連市場の注力顧客に対するソリューション営業（国内および海外の関連部門と連携し、自社の製品・技術を活用して客先のビジネス成長に貢献する）
• 客先およびエコシステムパートナーと協力し、イノベーションを通じて新たな付加価値を共創し社会課題の解決に貢献する
• 顧客および市場の変化や顕在・潜在ニーズをいち早く捉え、社内開発部隊にフィードバックを行いソリューション開発をドライブする
• 担当顧客を分析、理解し成長戦略(アカウントプラン)を策定し実行する
• 売上、フォーキャスト、ビジネス案件の管理
• コミュニケーションスキルを通じ顧客、社内における良好な関係構築
• 定期的な英語でのレポート作成及び報告

• アナログ半導体営業経験5年以上、又はアナログ半導体技術者としての経験5年以上
• 売上目標を達成し、新しいビジネスを開拓できるスキル
• 問題解決および交渉スキル
• コミュニケーションスキル(日本語、英語によるファシリテーション、プレゼンテーションおよび交渉スキル)
• 自ら行動し、周囲を巻き込んで目標を達成、または問題解決をすることができる
• 継続的な自己研鑽および能力開発

【希望条件】

• 各種センサー、DSP/FPGA/CPU/MPU、およびソフトウェアに関する知識があれば尚よい
• グローバルな環境や海外でのビジネス経験があれば尚可
