Responsibilities:
Drives sales performance / market share by managing an assigned customer portfolio /segment (Up to ~400 accounts or part thereof) via regular remote contact (Voice, Chat, Text & Email) building, negotiating and executing customer business plans. Motivate and Lead a team of two Inside Sales Associates (ISA) as per the essential functions and role objectives.
•Executing business plans and driving achievement of sales targets for assigned customers over the phone and virtually by utilizing remote sales applications.
•Researches, reviews and evaluates customer information to identify value /potential aligning with country strategy
•Executes contact plans with consultative selling approach
-Develops and applies understanding of customer organization and networks to reach key decision makers and influencers to drive optimal contact method and content
-Applies right person at right time with right message following right frequency strategy
-Adapting and optimizing approach and communications style during sales calls, responding appropriately to customer needs.
-Deploys and uses approved marketing and sales promotional materials and programs
-Uses expert knowledge of Alcon and competitor products’ features to support sound clinical and business discussions
•Engages in contract renewals, as needed
•Generates leads on “Marlö” for Digital team
•Records activities in the CRM system according to instructions
•Maintains, reviews and actions performance data to drive performance
•Works within Integrity and Compliance policies and all other company policies
•Lead ISAs, and provides direction in order to carry out tasks and achieve KPI’s
•Provides guidance and prioritization for team
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Business/Marketing preferred
Experiences and Skills:
1-year Sales (by telephone)
Proven target driven sales experience in a B2B environment
Multi-channel selling experience (M)
