Role Summary:

As the Senior Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives will lead strategic projects, manage interventions, and drive engagement through insightful data analysis. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate business hypotheses into actionable data requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance Pace performance.
• Manage and drive interventions and engagement with executive leaders and delivery coach.
• Develop comprehensive insight documents strong with storytelling skills.
• Engage with key stakeholders to validate hypothesis and drive outcomes.
• Oversee the analytical framework, including program logic and the definition of future metrics.
• Provide support and maintain the quality of GenAI use case for Pace Insights.
• Provide continuous data analysis and insights to support BU/SU engagement.

• Basic understanding of data modelling and database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior management role with a focus on strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5-10 years of working experience.
