General Objectives:

To support the implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) process by ensuring customer data and documentation are properly verified, completed, and maintained in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support customer onboarding and KYC verification process
• Review and validate customer documents and data
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation
• Assist periodic review and data updating processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding KYC requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Good attention to detail and administrative skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience in KYC/AML or banking industry is a plus
